The company president usually doesn't like to "fool with emails", so I had
set up his account on his secretary's computer, along with a folder for him
& a rule that would move all mail to his folder. He recently hired a new
secretary who worked for a huge company, who also ran Exchange, & was saying
she had the same set up there, only she could have 2 instances of Outlook
running, one for her & another for the prez. She also said they were able to
maintain completely separate calendars. So, if anyone has any suggestions,
links, etc., pertaining to multiple email accounts on Outlook & 3rd party
mail servers, I'd certainly appreciate it!
We are currently using Outlook & Ipwsitch's IMail server
We host email for 2 different domains & have 100+ email accounts between
them. If anyone can give me an idea on licensing, etc., for moving to
Exchange, I'd appreciate that, too.
