More than one master

Somehow got two slide masters in a presentation. Have been inserting slides
from other presentations which I thought had the same master but maybe one
didn't.

How do I get rid of one master as it is slighlty different to the other one

Apply the master template to a slide 1. Open the presentation that contains
the slide or slides you want to change. 2. On the View menu, click Slide
Sorter. 3. Select the slide or slides you want to change. To select multiple
slides, hold down z while you click the slides you want. 4. On the Format
menu, click Slide Design. 5. In the Choose a Slide Design dialog box, select
the template that you want to apply to slide or slides
