More then one "personal files" folder...

How can I delete or merge the personal file folders? From what I can see they
hold the same information.

Also when email is downloading, it isn't showing up anywhere. I SEE it
downloading but it's not going into the outbox. Is there a way to export my
current email and then start fresh with the personal file folders

The easiest way to fix the issue of "ghost" .PST files is to create a new
mail profile from scratch. You can do this via Control Panel | Mail | Show
Profiles.
