Hi, please help, how do I read the most recent conversation in a series of
email conversations. When I get a response from an email, I have to scroll
all the way down to get the newest answer. HELP, and much thanks.

Click on whatever column header in the column row in the message list
pane to sort by that column. Click once to sort in one order, click
again to toggle to the reverse order.

If you're speaking of the "conversation" that exists within the body of a
mesage because people keep adding to a message they're sending back and
forth, then you have no choice. If you're not speaking of that, describe
what you mean clearly and include your Outlook version.
