Moue over in Viso 2003

Hello,
Is it possible to use mouse over events to show a jpeg image when you mouse
over an object in Visio 2003?

I am very new to Visio, so I ma just looking for some direction.

I think u can do it using Mouse Move Event. Get mouse pointer x and y
coordinations from that event and match with the required shape's
location on the Visio drawing. Matching the coordinations you can
display the image. Use cell values to get shape's location in the
drawing.
