mouse cursor struck to big white + sign

Hi All,

By some reason, my mouse cursor is always big white Plus (+) when in work
book.

I expect it to change to thin plus (corss hair) when I move it over cell
selection boundry.

Please help

The large plus will be thee until you actually click on a cell. Then the
change will occur when you mouse-over the boundry.

If you have selected a cell but the cross-hair does not appear, perhaps you
have "allow cell drag and drop" disabled.

Tools>Options>Edit in earlier versions.

Office Button>Excel Options>Advanced>Editing Options in 2007
