mouse doesn´t work

my microsoft word doesn´t work entirely.
mouse cursor do not work. only keyboard.
normally my mouse works correctly on windows vista.
my excel and powerpoint work fine.

such problem I can´t solve by simple reinstalling software. I´ve already
done it. Still not working.

Can anyone help me out?
