Mouse issues

We are having a problem where if we use the wheel on our Microsoft or
Logitec mouse to scroll through a spreadsheet Excel Crashes entirely.
OS 10.3.9 Office 2004 SP2... any suggestions. It happens on more than
one computer

Were they scrolling OK previously & this is a new development?

Is Office fully updated (11.3)?

Have you checked for updated mouse drivers?

Have you run Repair Disk Permissions after installing *any* updates (to
anything)?
