Mouse over frame

I have four links on the left of my page, what I would
like to have is when the mouse pointer goes over a link a
textbox wil appear on the right of the page that gives a
short description about the page which the link refers
too. Is this possible with Frontpage 2002, if yes: does
anyone know how?

The subject says frame but the question talks about a textbox. Both are possible to accomplish but which do you wish to do?
