Mouse over text

I am trying to add either a button or balloon to a power point slide that
when I move the mouse over the section a small blurb of text appears for the
reader. Is this possible or should I try to move the paper to another
program like word? Any advice would be awesome. Thanks

Well, you've posted in a WORD newsgroup, rather than powerpoint. You'll need to
ask this in the Powerpoint newsgroup.

However, as far as Word goes, this functionality is not generally available
unless you use the Comments feature (insert a comment).
