mouse pen in laptop experiance?

Hello, I use laptop and onenote, Is anybody has experience using mouse pen or
other device to help drawing in one note?

I've done it but it's very awkward. There are digitizers you can add to
your machine that do a better job but without the Tablet PC OS it's really
not that effective.

if I use tablet pc and use handwriting technology is it recognize by the
search tool or I should translate the handwriting into letter first?

For now I prefer to use mouse to draw a picture (which I found a little hard
to do) and for letter I prefer typing using keyboard. I just need product
like mouse pen and I can't find that easy in austria. Do you have any
suggestion?

Beside I still has problem with the outlooks, so I only have to go back and
forth to copy and paste between my onenote and outlooks.
You know that I use Office 2003 english version and onenote 2003 Sp1 german
version. I wonder if I have compatibility problem?

It's recognized by the search tool without you having to tell it to
convert handwriting to text.

Good question - I'm not sure what issues might arise from mixing
languages.
