I work at a school. One teacher sent an Outlook email
with a Word document attachment to another teacher. The
recipient tries to open the Word document and edit it.
But her mouse pointer displays the familiar arrow pointer
with what appears to be a tape cassette and the program
does not allow her to edit the document. Does anyone have
any ideas as to how to turn this "switch" off or what this
mouse pointer with tape cassette is linked to?? I believe
the orignal word doc was created in Word XP and am sure
the Outlook used to open the email with the attached Word
doc was Windows XP. Any ideas. I am guessing its related
to hearing impaired.
Thanks.
