Mouse problems

Access 2000: I often cannot move around the database window using the mouse,
on either objects or on the scroll bar: I have to use the arrows. Any idea
what can cause this?
Mouse seems to work normally everywhere else.

Usually, when I see something like this, I reboot the computer. If that doesn't do it, do
you have any code running in the database that would affect the mouse cursor?
