Mouse scroll expanding and collapsing folders

Hi Everyone,

I have a user who, everytime he tries to scroll in his folder list (or just
mail list), it expands and collapses the folder he currently has highlighted.
He's using Outlook 2003 and for the life of me, I can't recreate his
problem. Any ideas?

What kind of mouse is he using?
Are the latest drivers for it installed?
Is the scroll function actually assigned to the scroll button or is it
configured for another function?
