mouse scroll partially works

I have a MS Wireless Intellimouse explorer 2.0 that works fine in all other
applications including office 2007. but in OneNote, the scroll wheel doesn't
work in the horizontal direction at all, and only when rapidly turning the
wheel in vertical.

I'm running Vista Business, and IntelliPoint software.

Same problem here. Vertically it hardly works and horizontally not at all.
Using the Microsoft Wireless Optical Mouse 4000.

There were some bug fixes related to mouse scroll since release. You
should watch for SP1, which should be coming out later this year, or
early next year.
