Mouse scroll wheel

I use a text box on a form to display the contents of a memo field. Is there
a way to make it use the mouse scroll wheel to scroll within the text box, or
at least to stop inadvertent scroll wheel use trying to select another record?

Found the previous advice, downloaded Leban's demo, installed as advised,
worked first time (and still working). Thanks to All. Sorry I'd missed the
previous threads - I'd included the word 'mouse' in my initial search and
they didn't appear.
