Mouse Wheel and records

I have made a database at work but there are many users who are not very
savvy with access... On some forms I have a list of recent records they can
navigate to by double clicking... the users usually use the scroll wheel to
"try" and move down the list... this of course just cycles through the
records.

Is there any way that I can sense that the wheel is being spun, and give
focus to the list instead? I'm sick of fixing people's mistakes!
