mouse wheel scroll problem in code window in A2k

I'm using Intelipoint 4.10.851.0 on Windows 2000. I'm also using MS Access
2000. Both are up to date. I thought Intelipoint 4 was supposed to solve
this issue. My mouse wheel scrolls the code window some days and not other
days. It seems very random. Yesterday I opened up an mdb file to work on
something for a client and the wheel worked great. This morning, it doesn't
work in the code window at all (it does work for everything else on my
system though). I have no idea why this incosistnecy exists. I'm sure it's
due to some odd Windows glitch that's confusing the driver depending on what
software was opened prior to running Access. Does anyone have any idea what
could be causing this problem? It's extrememly frustrating.

Well I think I figured this out. In all their wisdom, just to keep us on our
toes, they set it up to work properly on even numbered days and not work at
all on odd numbered days. Sounds logical don't you think?
