Mouse Wheel

I want to disable mouse wheel scrolling in a form I sew
the MSAcceess KB 278379 and KB 308636 articles at
support.microsoft.com, but I would like to know if I can
program the MouseWheel Event on the form and what is the 2
args for the Event(Page And Count)

I dont know how to program MouseWheel but the best way to
disable it is on website http://www.lebans.com/toc.htm. I
have tried and used it without a glitch in Access2000 in
winXP env
