MouseOver Event in TextBox control of Infopath form

Hi All,

This is my situaltion. I designed one infopath form for Purchase Order.
It has one field know as Description. It is nothing but a textbox control.
The length of the Description filed is beyond the size of the textbox. So
I want to display the content of the Description field as a ToolTip whenever
the mouse over that text box control. I dont know how to use MouseOver Event
in an Infopath controls. If anyone knows the answer for this situation plz..
