Mouseover page tabs view

I've seen suggestions for "fisheye" and river (a la blog) view of pages, but
what I long for is seeing a view of the page mousing over the page tab, the
way you can mouseover the items in the taskbar in Vista (and with add-on in
XP).

Seeing the page even in miniature as mouseover would simulate paging through
a notebook for me more than the control/mouse scroll, since that's not
available with a stylus. Also, I have to reset my scroll wheel from my
preference for other programs.
