I have tried reloading my mouse, reloading office 2000 and alll options with
F8 and mouse wheel, I still can not use Excel and I need it very much to do
my work.
Does anyone know how to fix this?

I downloaded the mouse driver from my mouse manufacturer, with the new
drivers my Excel is working correctly.
