OK found the .pst file on my old computer. Is it only to copy it to
the new computer? In that case what folder shall I store it in? Or do
Outlook find it by itself?
You can put it in any folder you like. The default folder is
%UserProfile%\Local Settings\Application Data\Microsoft\Outlook and you can
put it there if you want, but do not overwrite any existing PST of the same
name. Once it's in the folder you want, make sure it does not have the
read-only attribute (right-click the file, choose Properties, and make sure
the "Read-only" box is unchecked), and start Outlook. Click
File>Open>Outlook Data File, browse to the PST you copied, select it, and
click OK. You'll now have access to all the data it contains. You can
either move it to other folders or simply use it in-place.
