Move Address Book from XP to VISTA

I was running XP Professional 32-Bit, I'm now running Vista Ultimate 64-Bit.
How do I move my address book from the old drive to the new drive. I've
seemingly moved all of the files over but the e-mail addresses are blank in
Contacts. The names are there though.
