Move an Excel worksheet inside of a Word document

I am writing a report in word that contains a table and
graph. After I created the table and graph there is a
big gap in the document that I cannot get rid of. Please
Help before I throw this computer out the window.

Unfortunately, you don't give us anywhere near enough
information. And we can't look over your shoulder.

Start with the version of Word/Office you're using. Then
tell us how you're bringing or creating the table and the
graph.
