Move appointment form personal calendar to share calendar

I used asp.net 1.1 to create *ics file, and user can open the * ics file,
edit it and then save it to the personal calendar. This is a normal case; I
do not have any problem.

My question is
1. How user (the organizer who opens the *ics file) can open *ics file in
the share calendar (or public calendar) , is that possible ?

2. If #1 is not acceptable by outlook, I can ask the organizer moving the
appointment to share calendar from his personal calendar. I have tried it
once, but I got error:
"The reminder will not appear because the item is not in your calendar or
tasks folder"
Without reminder, the organizer will not happy to do this.

Can someone help us?
