move Contacts from iPaq 3955 to Outlook 2003

I want to copy my Contacts data into Outlook 2003 before I
upgrade the OS on my iPaq 3955 PDA.
From all the time I have spent finding out how to do this,
I could have manually copies one to the other. Does anyone
have a step-by-step URL on this simple thing?

I have an iPAC which sends my E-mails to Outlook 2002 to send, but I have Windows 98 SE. How do I get Outlook to send these E-mails through Hotmail?
