Move Contacts in Outlook 97 from one computer to another

How do I move the contacts I have in one computer to
another? I have outlook 97. I can just move the whole
file--I assume --export/import using a disk???

You can either copy/move the whole .PST file, or you can export your
Contacts folder to a .PST file if you don't need the other stuff.
