move contacts into outlook 03 from 2000 & yahoo?

I have installed outlook 2003 onto a new computer. All my contact info is in
Outlook 2000 on my old computer. How do I move it.

I'd suggest asking in a newsgroup related to Outlook.

This one's for questions about dealing with external data using Access, the
database product that's part of Office Professional.
