move contacts to Outlook from other mail handler

I exported contacts.csv file to outlook all thatcame in was contact name all
other fields were blank, All fields were comma separated. Working on problem
am able to use mapping to move fields.

I tried mapping to move e-mail field and got duplicate records for entire
file. How can I get all fields to move with one import command?
