Move/Copy a spreadsheet causes fault?

When I move/copy a spreadsheet within a workbook, whether by right-click or
by Edit menu, (unless the move is to the end position of the workbook), I get
a Notice: EXCEL caused an invalid page fault in module EXCEL.EXE at
017f:303c1f92, and 12 or 13 register references. It now seems to occur at
least 90% of the time, but NEVER did before 12/15/04! What to do? Please
help.
