Move/copy PST - files locked by desktop search tools

Migrating to a new PC I needed to copy my PST (Outlook Personal Folders) but
found them locked by an application (Outlook closed obviously).
Couldn't find any helpful on-line help, then I realised the problem was my
desktop search tool (Copernic) which when shut down, released the lock on the
PSTs - problem solved.
Pretty obvious when you think about it but potentially easily overlooked. I
guess with desktop search tools being relatively new such guidance hasn't
reached TechNet just yet.
