Move data line from end of page 1 to page 2

I have a simple 2-page Excel spreadsheet with a header and column heading
lines. I would like to define it so that if data is inserted into page 1
(i.e. lines 4:51) then the data that hits "line 52" automatically inserts on
page 2 (i.e. line 56) and moves the existing data down.
