Move data to empty cells

Hi, I have an address database that is constantly being updating from excel
spreadsheets supplied

Fields:Add1 - Add6

Some fields are blank in between Add1 and Add6

Add1 & Add3 might have data remaining fields blank

or Add1 & Add6 might have data remaining fields blank

Can I shift data so there are no blank address field before I export
