I have been supplied a spreadsheet in the following format, what I need to
do is to move the data from C4 into G3, move data from C5 into H3, move the
data from C6 into I3, move the data from C7 into J3, and so on until a blank
line occurs like in row A8. Then start again with C10 moved to G9. and so
on.
Another way is to copy C4 down to C7 and insert it into G3. then as a blank
row occurs then copy C10 down to C12 and insert it into G9.
Which ever process is the easiest to do and most automated would be fine.
There are about 20,000 of the records to be formatted so manual cut and
paste is not really an option. I have very little knowledge of Excel so
would appreciate any help. Thanks in advance. Hope this makes sense.
