Email Client: imap
I would like to set Entourage to Move DOWN the message list as I delete email messages. I understand there is a keyboard short cut but this is not very helpful for everyday use. Is there a way to set this up to automatically behave in this manner?
Here is Why I need this function:
For example lets say I have hundreds of emails in my inbox. I want to start working down the list. Some of the emails I will want to leave in my inbox and come back to them. As I pass them I may delete or move other emails but Entourage then moves BACK UP to the email I have already passed.
To me and many others in this closed thread here <http://www.officeformac.com/ProductForums/Entourage/3324> this does not make sense.
Can anyone in the MACBU or on the Entourage team help many users by adding this function as an Preference option? It would be great if you could add it via a software update to the current version in the near future.
Please note this is how Outlook works so it makes sense to have an option under preferences.
Thanks for your consideration.
