Hi,
I have a user with Outlook 2k3. Outlook reads/mail delivers to the users
mailbox from Exchange. Under the Inbox are created subfolders. When an
email comes in to the Inbox, the user moves (rt click email, dialogue box,
selects Move..., finds the subfolder, selects OK) the email to a subfolder.
The email does move, however, 2-3 days later the email is gone....
Here is what I have checked:
- AutoArchive is set, but has a 14 day run, with 6 month setting
- There are no Outlook Rules or Server side rules (didn't see any for this
user)
- the email is not showing up in the deleted items folder...eeck!
Any ideas? I am really stumped...
