move emails from a single domain to a folder

I would like to set up a rule that I can either move all of the email I get
from our users in our domain to a specific folder or move all the mail that
is NOT for our domain to a folder. But I would also like the other rules to
run that I have setup. I have tried almost any combination I can think of. I
have use the global address book option, the exchange server option, i have
also tried a rule that says if they are in this global address book but not
on an exchange server to move them. Plus I am guessing about 7 or 8 other
combinations of rules. They will either mostly work, I would still get some
of the emails from our domain where they should not, or it did not work at
all.

Thanks

Try creating a rule that looks for "@" in the sender's address. Internal
Exchange mail shouldn't have that character in the sender's address, only
external mail should.

that did seem to work for the emails that were there and ones coming in. But
there is a small issue with the ones that are coming in as they are all going
to that folder now. I do have rules setup that if they are from my list
serves that I am a member of that they go into certain folders. So when I saw
that all the emails from the outside were going into the folder I changed the
order that they are executed in and put this new rule at the bottom of the
list. I thought that the rules were run from top to bottom and with the new
rule at the bottom that all the other rules would work first and anything
left over would then use the new rule and move to the folder.

ok, after further looking into this, I have noticed that I am getting
duplicate emails that are from list serves. the emails will go into the
correct folder but they will also get put into the folder that I am moving
all the emails with the @ symbol into.

Ok, after even more looking around this web site i did fine a link to why I
am getting the duplicate files and how to fix it. hopefully in the morning it
will be fixed.

I think I needed to add the stop the processing action to each rule I have.
