move emails to pda

On my WM5 PDA with Outlook I want to read a selection of emails I have put in
a .pst file from my server. (add. info; the PDA can't sync because of a
irreparable socket but it reads all SD cards)

On the PDA I don't know in which directory to put the .pst file so I can
read the emails.

Thanks very much for simple help instructions.

Pocket Outlook doesn't use PSTs. Save the messages as text files on the SD
card.

Thanks Again Brian,
Very straightforward but it really works.

In case the official solution comes up, reading the mails unaltered in
outlook on the PDA let me know.
Reason is that in legal proceedings these emails should not be in a txt file
format that can be changed by anybody..

Kind regards,
Dennis

What leads you to believe messages in other formats can't be changed in
exactly the same way? They can. All the mail you get can be manipulated in
any way you please.

Your answer was excellent and has solved it, although less esthetic.
If you happen to know if it is equally simple to get a lot of sms messages,
copied or exported to an SD card, please let me know.

Brian,
I saw this answer from you on another post;
"You don't open a PST in Windows Explorer. You open it in Outlook. Start
Outlook, click File>Open>Outlook Data File and browse to the PST you wish to
open. Select it and click OK."

Which is still at the core of the problem on my PDA; in WM5 I don't know in
what directory to paste the .pst file so my pda outlook will open those
emails. The pda Outlook has no 'browse' function; as far as I see..

Again, Pocket Outlook cannot access PSTS, period. Now, on the desktop PC,
you can open as many PSTs are you wish with File>Open>Outlook Data File and
have them appear in your folder lost. The problem with seeing those items
on the PDA, though, is that most sync applications cannot sync with any but
the default folders. There are a few sync applications, however, that will
allow non-default folder synching, if you wish to by one of them. Even with
those apps, though, you aren't opening a PST on the PDA. That just can't be
done.
