Move files from express to outlook 2007

How can I move address book and e-mails from OL express OL2007?

Had a computer crash and had to buy new box with win 7 and installed OL 2007.

The Express program is on the old drive installed as a second drive in the box

Help!!!!!! It's the wifes computer and she is screaming :)
