move fill automatically to another file

Hi all

i have 2 file, A.xls dan B.xls
in A.xls in sheet1 i have data in coloum AA55:AA200.
now i want that data move to B.xls only for fill that have values..and for
blank fills don't move to B.xls
another requirement:
i want from AA55:AA100 will move to B.xls into sheet1 to coloum C and for
AA101:150 will move to B.xls into sheet1 to coloum D, and rest move to coloum
E.

Instead of every 'record with the same value', substitute records that are
not blank, or <>""
