move folder option & others grayed out

I'm using outlook 2003. I cannot change the order of foldres in my personal
folders list because I can't move folders. When I right click on the folder
name that option and others are grayed out. In searching for a solution I
got a msg that the network administrator had not allowed these choices. I'm
on a home system and I am the administrator.

Outlook always displays the default folders in alphabetical order. You
can't change their names and you can't change the order. You can, if you
wish, use the Shortcuts view and add folders to it in the order you wish.
