Move FP website to new computer

Hi. I have a new computer and need to move my website files to the new
computer. The website is hosted and up and running. The new computer will be
the one and only computer for all my FP use. Can I just publish it to the
new computer and be off and running? and how do I do this so I don't screw
it up? Thanks much
