Move Infopath project to a different server

Hi, I am trying to move infopath web service to a new IIS server. I can not
open file test.asmx from localhost on new IIS Server.
I checked DTS is running on localhost server. Any ideas why I can't open the
webservive from my local host. Thanks in advance.
