Move Instances of Recurring Meetings

I want to set up a meeting to occur on a certain date each month. If that
date is on a weekend, I want that instance moved to the Friday before. Can it
be done?

I was hoping to maybe attach this macro to the meeting itself so it will
move accordingly on others' calendar.

I do not know how to program in Outlook at all. Thanks in advance.
