I used on Outlook the application by Pergenex named AUTO-MATE, which allowed me to moved e-mails on one folder to another folder, on the basis of the date of the message within.

lets say I have a follow-up folder, and I'll like the messages within said folder which have more than one (1) week, to move to another folder automatically or when I hit a command, how could I accomplish this on Entourage???????

While this won't be automated, you can set up rules that you can run
manually to move messages you select based on date.

Go to Tools --> Rules and create a new rule based on your type of E-mail
account (POP, IMAP or Exchange).

Set the criteria to something like:

Name
My Rule
If
Date sent is greater than or equal to 7 days old
Then
Move message <select your folder>

You can then select one more messages (or use Edit --> Select All to
select all of them) and then select Message menu --> Apply Rule --> My Rule.

Hope this helps!

While this won't be automated, you can set up rules that you can run
manually to move messages you select based on date.

If you wanted to do this for all folders, you can create a custom view.
Select all messages shown in the view and delete, or drag the custom view
folder to the desktop as an MBOX file to archive THEN delete the messages.

If you aren't familiar with custom view, open Entourage Help. Search "Edit a
custom view".

Hope this helps!
