When using the "Move" function between accounts on different servers, all connected via IMAP, it is necessary to have the destination folder "Repair message list" before the moved message will appear. This problem does not occur if the message is copied to the destination by simply dragging it. If, however, the Command key is held down while dragging, so that the message is "moved" instead of simply copied, the same problem occurs. This happens in both fully patched 2004 and 2008 versions of Entourage. This is astoundingly inconvenient for large volumes of email. Is there any way to correct this!?
