Create a rule that moves ALL messages and include the exception condition
"except with specific words in the subject". Make those specific words,
"a", "b", "c", ..., "z", "0", "1", ..., or "9". Then, all messages whose
subject contains nonthing or only punctuation marks will be moved. You may
be able to shorten the exception to "a", "e", "i", "o", "u", or "y" so that
all messages whose subject contains something other than a valid English
word will be moved.
