Move Notice ( Forms )

I have intiated a Move Notice on Outlook.

This notice has to go through various levels of approval.

As the initiator, how can I track the Move Notice to know what level of
approvals have been obtained and who needs to approve next in the approval
trail.

One approach is to use a custom field in the form to hold state information. You would update that property when you create each new item in the approval chain.
