Move Object with Text option not sticking when using Ribbon-Format

When I use the pop-up screen menu to format an autoshape the "Move Object
with Text" box does not update properly when using the Ribbon Format tab to
set the same opton. Seems to work the other way though (pop-up screen menu
shows correct options set when using Ribbon Format tab to set option).

Example

Inserted a shape (line) into my document.

Selected object, "Format" tab shows up in ribbon. So, selected
Position-More Layout Options-Advance Layout. Move Object with Text
UNCHECKED. Clicked Okay, that's what I want but it doesn't behave that way.

Selected object again, right-mouse click to bring up screen menu. Selected
Format Autoshape-Advanced ... button-Picture Position tab. Move Object with
Text CHECKED, hmm, that's not what I want. Have to uncheck it to make it
behave correctly.

Tried reverse procedure (checked Move Object with Text) using right-mouse
click pop up menu and Okayed out. Then selected oject again, using Ribbon
Format tab went to Position-More Layout Options-Advanced Layout Options.
Move Object with Text box NOT checked (not showing correct setting).

Bug or Feature, please comment.
